  Had to fight to get food remade even though it was missing items. Not the best service at this location, the other Mentor location is much better.

  I always heard about this place and how nice it was. Well I got a gift card to go there and I was totally disappointed. When you first get in its sort of confusing what you are supposed to do. Once you see the prices you think its pretty pricey. So we expected the meals to at least be big and tasty. Nope. After waiting longer then we thought we would have to, my "soup" came out and was smaller then a cooked Ramen soup. It wasn't super terrible but it really had no flavor. My guest ordered a sandwich and said it was ordinary and bland.
  
  The place itself has some dirty areas in it and everyone (from staff to customers) seemed to be rude. Not sure if its one of those "hipster" type places but it felt like one and we felt out of place. Only gave it 2 stars because we used a gift card and didn't waste out own money.
